ORDERING & ROASTING PROCESS

In launching our new retail sales (cafe & online), we are committed to doing our best to roast-to-order.  We will not exceed a one day window on either side of your order (excluding weekends).  What that means is that if you order on the 5th day of a month, we will ship you coffee that was roasted on either the 4th, 5th or 6th.  All coffee is shipped in sealed bags with degassing valves.  All tea is shipped in sealed bags.

Our shipping partner is UPS.  Please note that they do not ship over the weekends.  If you are needing a coffee or product in a way that is not possible through UPS, please call us at 952.285.4242 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you live near Minneapolis and would like to pick-up your order at our coffee bar rather than pay for shipping, please select the pick up option and leave your email or phone number in the comment box.  We will contact you when your order is ready.  Have a free coffee on us when you pick up your order.
