Light body with notes of sage.  Sweet, balanced earthiness gives this decaf a pleasant aftertaste that doesn’t linger.  A great choice for thos who want decaf without the chemical taste ruining their cup.  Simplified, coffee is decaffeinated through one of two ways: a chemical process, or a water-based process.   Our coffee is decaffeinated using a water-based process known as Mountain Water Process.  This is a solid, versatile decaf option.
