Gene Cafe Home Roaster

This is a very versatile home roaster.  It is very forgiving for a beginner home roaster and yet allows for some roast profiling for the more experienced roaster.  It is well built and has stood the test of time for us.  Essentially this roaster handles 1/2 pound batch sizes.  We have researched and tried many home roasters and this is our favorite and the one in our own basements.  We will be posting more detailed instructions shortly in our blog section.  Stay tuned.  Please feel free to call Dan at 952.285.4242 to ask any questions/experience with home roasting and this roaster.
