Private Coffee Cuppings

Coffee cupping is a formal process used to evaluate coffee.  This process includes evaluating the following: dry and wet aroma, acidity, body, flavor, sweetness, clean cup, balance, uniformity and aftertaste.   It is a great experience for anyone who is interested in coffee.  With this package, up to 6 people will be led through a cupping of five coffees from varying regions and differing taste profiles.  Also included is a tour of the roastery, a brief overview of coffee (seed to cup), and 1 pound of coffee for all participants.  Cupping is an extremely important process for us and one we highly recommend for any coffee drinker.  Please know that we offer free public cuppings often at our new coffee bar.  This package is to host a private cupping in which we will customize the experience for you and your guests.
