Rwanda - RWABISINDU COOP

Rwanda holds a special place at Bull Run.  Greg has traveled to Rwanda several times to work with the producers and cooperative groups there.  This land and its people represent what makes coffee so special and demonstrates the mutually beneficial relationships that can be built between roasters and  producers.  This particular coffee comes from the Rwanbisindu Coop in the Nyamasheke district.  This Coop is owned by Emerth & Gaston Gatsinga who also own a hospital there where Gaston works as a doctor.

This Rwandan has a round and full body, with flavors of malted milk and juniper and ripe fruit undertones.  It is well balanced with a sweet, earthy base.
